Project Pinterest February

It's time for another episode of Project Pinterest! 

In this series I will let myself be inspired by Pinterest to scrap, cook a meal, bake a pie, do my hair, my nails, et cetera. As many of you, I could browse around Pinterest for days on end, but I rarely really use any of my repinned images. And that's a shame, because there's so much good stuff outthere!

This month I let myself be inspired by this layout by Elizabeth Carney. I love how she used the letters as a background to her picture; I used numbers instead.. to match the theme of the layout.

Here is my finished layout:

I'm quite happy with how the layout turned out. Especially with the left side, the clock with the Instagram pics:-)

PL 2012 - Week 28 & 29

Your love makes my world go round!

A week ago I saw a contest announcement at the Gossamer Blue blog (in collaboration with My Minds Eye.. I don't participate in contests very much, but this time I felt up for it and designed this layout. With Valentine's Day coming up I couldn't wait to share it with you :-)

I used patterned paper from the My Minds Eye Lucky in Love line as well as twine from Garn&Mehr, wood chips from Freckled Fawn and my Silhouette Cameo.

This layout is (of course) about me and my love:-) This picture was made 3 years ago for our parents as a christmas gift :-) I still love it!

PL 2012 - week 27

Here's my spread for week 27 of 2012. We were still on vacation back then, so lot of summery pictures to enjoy in these times of bad weather;-) Also this week contains 6 pages, so I had a lot of work on it... Kept it simple on most of my cards :-)

Part II with some pictures of our trip to Valencia; that city is gorgeous! I used a different type of page protectors from American Crafts on the right side (For the first time). Love this new type!
